FACILITY CANNOT OPERATE UNTIL HOT WATER HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY A MEMBER OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

HACCP CONCEPT DISCUSSED: PROVIDING HOT WATER AT ALL TIMES TO ALL SINKS.

A FOLLOW UP WILL OCCUR FOR #7 & 27 WITHIN 48 HOURS OR LESS.
